You need to be 18 years or older to be legally married within
Australia.

An Official Birth Certificate for those born in Australia, If
you do not possess a Birth certificate you may obtain one
through , Birth Deaths and Marriages in your capital city.
Evidence is needed of previous Divorce, Name Change, or a
Death of a previous partner.

You need to provide photo identification (eg. current passport)
if you were born overseas.

You need to lodge a Notice of Intended Marriage (NIM)
with Me , 31 days prior to your Intended Wedding date and
no more than 18 months.

As your Civil celebrant I will ensure all of your Wedding
Ceremony has all Legal requirements met. All legal Words
spoken within the ceremony complying with Australian Legal
Guidlines.
